Green Chilies Stuffed/ Bharwa Pickle
Ingredients
250 gm green chilies
1tablespoon Fennel seeds
1tablespoon Dhaniya seeds
1/2 TSP fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp Rayii / mustard seed
Roast lightly above four seeds and allow to cool ..then grind it without water.
In a bowl.. Add salt turmeric powder mango powder 1/2 lemon juice and add above powder ..mix it nicely
In a pan warm oil...sesame/mustard oil ..1 cup... Allow it to cool..don't boil it..just bring it to wwarm..once cooled add to mixter in bowl...make sure you have nice coarse filling to be stuffed in chillies.
Make a slit in each chilly.. With knife and stuff it with masala mixture...
